As a private individual, the owner is not listed in the Companies Register. The activity needs no prior administrative authorisation or professional body membership.

2. Activity

Development and sale of Cordada, a climbing app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS, and of its Premium and Pro subscriptions, plus this website, which covers the app, climbing crags and climbing gyms.

Subscriptions are bought inside the app through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which take the payment. Prices include any applicable taxes. The terms of use and of the subscriptions are in the Terms of Service.

3. Personal data

How we handle your data, in the app and on this website, is explained in the Privacy Policy. The data controller is the owner named above.

4. Intellectual property

Cordada's code, design, texts and logos, and those of this website, belong to its owner. Third-party data shown on the website (maps, administrative boundaries, crag and gym data) carries its attribution and licence on the page where it appears.

5. Liability

The data we offer on this website and in the app (crags, walls, grades, wall aspect, best season, climbing gyms, addresses and nearby crags) is for information only. It is added and corrected by the climbing community or computed from public sources, so it may be wrong or out of date, and it does not replace your own judgment.

Climbing is dangerous: always check the real rock conditions, the state of the bolts, the access to each crag and any closures or restrictions on site. At a climbing gym, opening hours, prices and conditions are confirmed by the gym itself. The scope of our liability is set out in the Terms of Service.

6. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts where you live. Before that, write to us at hola@cordada.eu: talking it through is usually quicker.
