Delete your Cordada account
From the app, instantly
- Open Cordada signed in to your account.
- Go to the Me tab and tap “Delete my account”. On Android it is inside Settings.
- Confirm. It is deleted right away and cannot be undone.
If you want, you can first download a copy with “Export my data”, right next to it.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacidad@cordada.eu from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us your Cordada username. We delete it within one month at the most and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
Your profile, your climbs, photos, messages, meetups, friendships, location, preferences, notification tokens, reports and blocks.
What is kept
- Our providers’ backups may keep data for up to 30 more days; after that it is gone.
- Contributions that are already part of the guide (crags, sectors, routes and accepted corrections) stay as guide data, with no link to you.
- Technical access logs, with IP address, are kept for as long as each provider applies for security.
